What manual transmission did the 4x4 3rz 4runner have?

I've read W59 was the transmission, but I've thought for a long time it was the R150/R150F (F for 4wd models) that was based on a Jeep transmission. Anyone have definitive answer?

3rz manual transmission is w59. 5vz manual transmission is r150.
