What P/N NGK Iridium Plug

I have been searching for NGK Iridium spark plugs for my T4R V6 2006 with no avail? Anybody using NGK Iridium or can provide me with the correct part number please?:awais:

what is the part number ? i wanted to stop at the dealer today to get them too

Just go to the NGK website and cross reference them. Then buy then from anywhere that is the cheapest by Googling it.

Interesting.... sparkplugs.com doesn't show an NGK iridium plug for the V6, but they have Denso and Champion. And the NGK web site only shows a standard plug.

I put Denso in mine over the Christmas holidays since I couldn't find NGK at the time.

If you type the NGK part number you can find the plug. Is not listed as standard replacement plug because is not recommended yet. Several people on this forun have confirmed either with toyota service or NGK or both service people that this is the correct spark plug to be used on the V6 models.

I will buy them, they shoild be better than stack!!:awais: :bigok:

It just seems odd to me that sparkplugs.com would show the Champion and Denso plugs when neither of them are "recommended". But I'm happy with the new life the Densos are providing and hope your NGKs do well, too!

True, but that doesn't mean you can't upgrade to iridium on the V6. Here's a thread with some good information.

Very good thread one where I got the information from as well as others, but basically the same response from NGK & Toyota "it could be used Iridium plugs no problem"


Just my two cents
