What part is this?

As you can see in the pictures below I have a crack below my vent. I am looking at replacing this piece that outlines the vent and gauge cluster, however I don't know what part it is. If anyone can help me out on the name and or part number I would greatly appreciate it.

*Also, if anyone has an extra that will fit a 2007 4Runner SR5 please let me know.
