What parts am I missing

I am having a patient of mine install a trutrac in my truck and I just have to buy the parts. Please let me know if I missed anything as I don't wrench much.

Trutrac and master diff rebuild kit from east coast gear supply
Timkin rear wheel hub assemblies
Inner and outer seals

Is there anything else that I missed?

All input would be greatly appreciated.

Just curious, what are your reasons for wanting a Truetrac? It will do the same thing as atrac, but does it do it's stuff sooner or something?
Unless your bearings and seals are shot, then why change them?

Trutrac because this is my ski truck and want a streetable "locker" I don't off-road as much as I travel in horrible weather to ski. So atrac never comes into play. And bearings and seals because 1 truck is a 2004 that I bought a year ago and have no idea how the previous owner used the truck and two if I am in there just replace everything so I don't need to go back in again.

Fair enough. Loss of traction is what activates the truetrac and atrac, so if conditions that you see are not bad enough to require atrac then I doubt the truetrac will be doing anything. I'm not trying to be a dick about it, but I suspect you think it's going to do something that it won't. Maybe a Detroit or Aussie locker would be better for your needs.

Trutrac is a torsion differential which will sense slippage and redirect power to wheel with the most grip unless the opposing wheel is lifted from the ground. Same set up that Audi uses. Great in snow without the nasty effects of a true locker. I have about 400,000 miles of experience with a torsion differential many of which were powering through turn on a racetrack. For my needs they are perfect. If I was rock crawling would look at other things. If they made a trutrac for the front I would immediately put one in there which would then replicate audi's mid 80's set up which dominated the ralley and GT circuit.

Good stuff. I like torsen diffs, it was one of the reasons I bought a 4th gen sr5 over a 5th since it's standard across all trims.
In my experience though, I've found traction control to be just as good as any LSD so that's why I wanted to discuss it. I'd be interested to read your impressions of the truetrac when you're all done.
