What piece am I missing, where to find it?

I've noticed that where my antena comes up there are threadings that something should screw on to. It appears that a cap or top of some sort is missing. I believe this piece fills in the gap.

Does anyone know what I'm talking about and where I could buy this piece?

Just go on over or call, My 4runner was missing it too and the dealer had it in stock(prices may vary)! easy to fix!!
