What price should be good for 4x2 or 4x4 based

Future 4runner member.

I'm looking to buy left over 2008 4runner. Right now, there's a 2500 cash back.

so far I got quoted for 24800 plus tax & cash back on 4x2 based model.

Just new to 4runner market. What is the lowest price some of the member here got their 4runner for? how much below invoice, model, and dealer name.

I came from a Lexus forum, we have a post for prices on lexus. not sure if there one here. If there is, please provide a link for me.

A good price is probably $500 - $1000 below invoice (as defined on Edmunds or KBB, including destination charge) before the rebate. For example, if you're looking at one with a sticker price of $39,000, then invoice is roughly $35,000. With that rebate, I'd offer $32,000. The most I'd pay is invoice minus the rebate, or $32,500.
