What size tires are right for me?

I just currently purchased a stock 05 Toyota 4runner Sport edition V8. I don't do much offroading but im looking at beefing it up a little. i'm going for the looks rather what's best for off-road use. I have looked at getting 20" Black wheels ( XD Hoss ) and Toyo open country A/T 2 tires. I want to get a lift/leveling kit and am considering the daystar 2.5 / 1.5 , toy tech 3" that is compatible with XREAS system. Any thoughts or recommendations? on the tire size with the lift? I have seen where someone got 275/55/20. what's the difference in the 275/60/20. I'm juggling with options :juggle:

I wouldn't be running 20s if you want to go off road. Maybe 18s at the most

A lot of people like the toyos.

The difference is the aspect ratio. 55% of 275 mm v 60% as the size of one sidewall. Google is your friend here, there's a tire size calculator somewhere.

Yea, it won't see much off road. I mostly just haul the kayak around and fish. Just new to the 4runner so thought I would put a post up and see what recommendations I get before I drop a lot of $ on it. I appreciate it!
