What size will fit

Hey - new here to the forum and to owning a 4runner - just got it a couple weeks ago, 97 limited.
Looking to upgrade the tires on this thing. Was wondering if anyone with some technical knowledge on tires could tell me what is the biggest tire size that i can fit under the 97 limited with no suspension mods, they have the stock 16's too. Thanks

dude, we had a 2nd gen 4runner in japan, and i could fit 32" on it with only having to take off mud flaps as a "mod".... not sure bout the 97 limited.. but you can search peoples info on their posts.. it usually list all the mods done on their trucks... just like at the bottom of my post, i put all the mods on my truck... i would say that yours , might be able to fit 31x10.50's no prob... but not sure..
