What Spark Plugs!?!

Okay.. I am at 78'000 miles and I think it is time to change my plugs. The v8 runner requires iridium plugs to properly function.

What do you all think would be best.

I don't think you can go wrong. The Iridium is the OE replacement and should last as well as the OE. The IX appears to be a more performance oriented plugs. I would think if you had an oil burner, turbo/super-charger, high compression engine or a very aggressive, aftermarket engine computer the IX would be the choice. My suspicion is the IX isn't as focused on making it a full 100k-120k between changes but is focused on meeting the needs of a more demanding application.


If it were mine I'd do the Iridiums. That's my 2cents.

Get denso, and they're good for 120k...why are you replacing them now?

I am getting about 13 mpg on the freeway. It is on ny list of things to replace. I am also going to clean my airfilter and reset engine motor. I also am thing about running some fuel cleaner . Any suggestions

maybe... I expected a drop in mileage but not 5 mpg. It was alrdy quite bad before I had the 305s haha. I know, I know. I guess I should just shut it and deal with it. :jaw drop:
