What Springs are folks using for heavy front bumpers, winches, skids, etc

You really should try another notch. Mine rides smoother than it did stock and it's the same 5/8" out of level that it was stock.

That preload is only applicable in an unmounted state. The springs compress to the same height once mounted and under the weight of the vehicle no matter what notch you have them on.

Hmm. I won't debate. Sounds like you know better than I. Point is moot though. Have already moved the eibach/5100 setup to my Tacoma. Works great on there where there is no bumper or winch.

So. The setup has to be replaced one way or the other. Was looking for opinions on other options.

Not aware of any 700lbs springs available.

Call up Eibach, they make springs for everyone (and obviously for the 4Runner seat setup). There are tons of companies that make either custom springs, or usually make hundreds of combinations and you just pick what you want. King, Eibach, Viper, etc.
