What to check b4 buying a 2011 ?

Hi, well I have a 1997 4runner with 380,000km's and going STRONG. I spied a 2011 SR5 with 153,000km's that I may trade my 2013 Outback for, is there anything I need to be aware of before heading down this path ? Thanks.

Like buying any used vehicle. Look for abuse, look for proper operation of all components, look for abnormal wear and tear. The 4Runner has no special unique things. The right price is whatever you think is a good deal.

I was zeroing in on a 2011 as well, mainly checked for a transmission "stutter" on quick starts that goes from 2nd to 4th. After a test drive, it was clear and I picked it up 2 days ago!

If equipped with 4x4, I'd make sure that both 4 HI and 4 LO work, if you can.
