What to clean with?

So I am planning to change my oil next week, and I wanted to run some seafoam through before I did it but they don't have it here in Germany, what would be an acceptable substitute? They have all the STP cleaners but I didn't know if it was worth it. What would be suggested? Or would I risk messing up my seals if I run a cleaner? I have 148,000 5vz-fe motor I got the OEM filter and plugs so I learned to do that right, can you all help me out here?

Wow, the Germany thing makes it hard. BMW's and Mercedes shops would know what works and what doesn't I would think. They both tend to be sensitive to dirty injectors... You're talking about the intake/injectors and not the crankcase, right?

Yeah they have a Yota dealer ship the guy that sold me the oil filter and plugs was really nice and spoke english very well, if I wouldn't have had my 5 year old with me I probably would have asked him but I was in a little hurry. I wanted to throw something in with the oil to help clean out 145000 miles worth of crap because I am sure no one has done that as I am the 3rd owner, and I think the only one that really maintains it on a regular basis. But if I found seafoam I woulda put 1/4 can in the oil, 1/2 in the gas and 1/4 in the PVC as I have heard other have done and had great results, plus recleaned, (I did this 6 months ago) the throttle body in take and airfilter.
