What to do to get a higher lift..

I bought a daystar lift kit, but it hasn't arrived yet. I took the car to meineke and a local offroading shop. They both quoted me $400. Meineke actually lifted the car up to see how high it would be, and though it's a definite difference, I'm looking for something a little bigger. What should I do??

if that aint enough, do a full 3" lift, what size DS kit did u get? U have a v6 or v8? u can always swap out ur shocks/struts/springs for the fj suspension, that should get you around .5 more in the front and .25 more in the rear. here is mine with DS 2.5/1.5 and 33's....i have the fj suspension in the garage just aint swapped it out yet

I have the Daystar 2.5/1.5, FJ springs, 1.5" Body Lift, and Cooper Discoverer STT 285/75/R16 and my measurements are 38.75" front and 40.5" rear..... pretty beefy setup I must say. Very happy!!! Have about 4.5" lift over stock, not including tires

Yep, I surprise myself sometimes. I wasn't looking forward to it, but it wasn't that bad. Definitely takes two people though, or you'll be working on it all weekend
