But you'll probably be better off rebuilding it, take it to a reputable shop and I'm sure with machining and everything it would be under 2 g's. Of course if you do a majority of the work yourself.
I eventually had to get rid of my older Runner because I couldn't afford to rebuild the engine though so I understand.

ive got a 92 pickup that blew at 186xxx and a 90 4runner that blew at 200xxx. the v6 engine seems to run for about 200xxx then it throws a rod, thats what both mine did. my pickup was well maintained too, only highway miles, oil changes regularly. rebuilt engines run about 3000$ or more too so its not a fun thing to have happen
