Plus the fact that is says SR5 4WD on the side.
It looks like an SR5 with a sport roof rack on it. Those wheels are the base model wheel, running boards are SR5, non-color keyed side mirrors are SR5, tube roof rack is Sport Edition. It's hard to tell from the pics, but the door handles look chrome colored as well, which would make it SR5.
By appearance, 2006 up 4th Gens Sport models have Tube Steps, Tube Roof Racks and the Hood Scoop. (Don't get confused with the Urban Runner and the Trail Edition..they are rare)So can anyone tell me what the difference is between the 2008 sport vs. SR5? The reason I ask is that I just noticed that my insurance thinks that I'm driving the sport when I know mine's just an SR5. Just curious if my rate will go down, when/if the change it.

Simple put, the Urban Runner (2wd or 4wd-v6 or v8) is based on the Sport Edition-hood scoop and all, and the Trail Edition (4wd-v6 only) is based on the SR5-no hood scoop, and has the black tube rack and tube steps. Early Trail Editions did not have fog lights, but they were added later--mine has fogs as standard.
