What trim level is this?

I saw this used in a local dealer's ad. It's advertised as an '08 4WD, but I've never seen this combination of tube roof rack, running board and wheels. Anyone know what trim level this is?

It looks like an SR5 with a sport roof rack on it. Those wheels are the base model wheel, running boards are SR5, non-color keyed side mirrors are SR5, tube roof rack is Sport Edition. It's hard to tell from the pics, but the door handles look chrome colored as well, which would make it SR5.

I was thinking SR5 but my SR5 has everything the same except the roof rack and my lower pannels are all plastic...

Could be a modified SR5 though. But as said the non - colored mirrors are SR5
Either way it looks good.

SR5 w/ Sport Tube roof rack.

SR5 - 16" rims, flat running boards w/o the running board courtesy lights, chrome door handles, black mirrors.

What Trim is this?

It looks like one of the many '08 SR5 4Runners we had in our rental fleet--no rack, no spoiler, no trailer hitch. The dealer may have just put a rack--whatever he had handy--on it to sell it.

Difference between Sport & SR5?

So can anyone tell me what the difference is between the 2008 sport vs. SR5? The reason I ask is that I just noticed that my insurance thinks that I'm driving the sport when I know mine's just an SR5. Just curious if my rate will go down, when/if the change it.

By appearance, 2006 up 4th Gens Sport models have Tube Steps, Tube Roof Racks and the Hood Scoop. (Don't get confused with the Urban Runner and the Trail Edition..they are rare)

Off Topic:
I think it won't affect your insurance rate just because of that "Sport" in your insurance card. Mine have "Toyota 4Runner SR5 SPORT" Maybe it means 4Runner being a "Sport" Utility Vehicle. And if they(insurance) are particular about that, the VIN itself can tell what exactly is a vehicle sub-model..wether its SR5, Sport, Limited, 2WD and 4WD. The biggest impact in rate, is you are driving a truck compared to a sedan. But the rate should go down if nothing is reported :driving:

Simple put, the Urban Runner (2wd or 4wd-v6 or v8) is based on the Sport Edition-hood scoop and all, and the Trail Edition (4wd-v6 only) is based on the SR5-no hood scoop, and has the black tube rack and tube steps. Early Trail Editions did not have fog lights, but they were added later--mine has fogs as standard.

Lol! The only silver trail I saw ever last year, if you park that thing in Natomas Market place back of Hooters.

Also the rims in the Trail Edition is most recognizable, being SR5 looking with FJ 5 spokes rims..

Probably wasn't me, as I don't recall ever being in the Natomas Market Place with the Trail, although I am all over the northeastern Sacramento area.
Maita did have 2 Trails on the lot when I bought mine in March 09.
