I don't see what other people see in Civics. I can respect the work that goes into them though.

I definitely prefer the throaty growl of a big displacement engine in a muscle car.

imo my civic was fun to drive and well maybe you guys dont understand what its all about!
you guys have to understand that their is all sorts of people
. some people buy $25 mufflers from their ricer shop and they think they have 300 hp civic
. some idiots just rev at you when your not even looking at them
not me guys, this guys one of the old school guys just cruising for me, non of that racing in the streets and reving @people just cause they drive a Honda

When you hit 55 mph it would lower itself
and 27mpg on the freeway if you can believe it!
limo tint on back 3 windows. Silencer removed.
it was heavy but so strong.

1958... Tr3...sometimes you need to WELD the steering...keeps you on the mountain...LOL at my MOM

now it's just the 4runner ! EDIT! i have a prelude too but I dont count it becuase the gf drives it non-stop. she doesnt want to get her own becuase she likes the "pearl-y paint"

First car was an '03 4Runner SE 4x4. Had it for a whole 60 days before it was totaled (pictures in my sig) and I bought my current '05 SE 4x4.
Mine was a 2000 Honda Prelude.
Great car, lots of fun. Not much room, one of the main reasons amonst other obvious ones (no 4x4, beach driving, no room for beast & surfboards etc etc).
Wish i still had it for fun fast driving.....
At this point sadly, I probably put more $$ into the car, considering the wheels alone where $3k (at the time, and took 7 months to get here..)
But that was a different time, and now the balance of function and form exists perfectly (for me) in my 4Runner. Still much more to go! Hell, I had that car for 5 years and 80,000 miles and was VERY tired of it by the end.... that definitely wont happen with this truck. I am STOKED. :biggrin2:

'94 Heep Grand Cherokee Laredo AWD 5.2 Litre. I got this truck by trading a '94 Olds. Cutlas Ciera for it. As is typical with a Chrysler product, that 318 was gonna way outlast the rest of the truck. The front ring gear was exploded when I got it. The alarm went off at odd times. It had an aftermarket lift on it. This thing got very dangerous on me. So I traded it in for my SR5. Best trade I ever made. Only a 3rd gen SR5 from here on out!

All but one of mine would get me from point a to point b. It was a 96 Jetta Trek (came with a Trek 930 mountain bike). The bike came in handy while the car was in the shop. Not to mention the bike was more comfortable, more reliable, and handled better.
This is not the actual car, but mine was this color. The color was "memory red". At the dealership they called it "mammary red". lol

My last ride was a 96 Ford Mustang Cobra. It had a rare factory "Mystic" paint option. I loved the car to death, but it just wasn't big enough for my daily commute, and after owning a 4runner before that the reliability just wasn't there.
