What winch for hidden winch bumper

I'm not a winch expert. I have one of these on mine. It's cheap and works as well as any other chinese winch. It had a few features that I liked over other similar models in that the brake was outboarded so it won't melt the synthetic rope. If budget is no issue, a remote clutch like the Warn ZEON would be pretty nice.
