what would be a good offroad combo?

hi i'm not looking to spend a lot of money here but i am looking for people opinions about a good combo that would be suitable for offroading and regular road driving

Prefferably i would like to replace the front and back struts and shocks maybe like coilovers but for a price not excedding 500 dollars.

Bilstein 5100. Front set of 2.5 and DS rear spring spacer. ~$500.

Most uprated Coil overs start at $1200 for the front... IE not Bilstein 5100 based.
