Talk to her? I had a neighbor like this. His dog was constantly barking and in my yard. I asked him to do something about it. He starts whining and goes "what can I do?" I said "Put the dog in your house." He goes "But my wife won't let me." I said, "That's between you and your wife. Either way, it's not my problem. I got a baby here that's trying to sleep and so am I, and it isn't a pleasant feeling to have your dog over the fence crapping in my yard and running into my sliding door 3 feet from my head while I'm eating dinner."
He was like "Man... I didn't even know. I guess I just tuned the barking out. I'll put him on a leash and he'll stop jumping the fence." I said, "NO MAN. That makes him bark more! The dog wants attention. You stick him in that house all day everyday and he cries. He needs walks and for you to play with him." The guy says "Oh, well anyway, we're moving soon. I'll play with the dog while you get your son to sleep from like 7 - 8, ok?"
It was a funny solution, but the dog totally mellowed out after that. The guy did come home each day from work and I could tell he was tired and his wife was a hag, but he played with his dog and if the dog got noisy he didn't go and beat it up, he went and ran around with it and played fetch and such.
Why the long story? Because I'm verbose. But the talk helped. I had another neighbor that just straight up called animal control. That seemed to work as well. Haha.
Another option is to just save up the poop for like a week and then just move it over to their yard in one nice lawn killing pile. I had a neighbor when I was a kid that would go out each day with a shovel and flip the crap at the other guy's house. The dogs stopped being allowed to do their business elsewhere shortly after a few poo-flingings. It was quite comical. He could launch it like it was a golfball. He just waited until it dried enough on the outside to fly, but it was still wet enough on the inside to make a mess wherever it hit. It takes a true professional to achieve those kinds of results.
I know some people set up a cheapo camera that is motion activated and come on whenever somebody steps foot on your lawn (or in the camera's field of view). These systems are now cheap, can be hooked up to a computer or vcr and can be shown to police or an HOA if needed. Police will even suggest this to you as a second step if talking doesn't work. You have evidence (and yes it can be considered a crime.... trespassing) and you can show it to the police and they can take it through the courts if needed. If nothing else works then just make sure you water the stuff way into your lawn because their pee will throw your soil ph way off and will destroy a lawn quickly. At first the lawn likes the nitrogen boost, but it burns up the grass and good luck saving it after animals have had their way with your lawn!

hide some food with laxitive in the grass, so when the dog eats it, itll shit more, and then u go out with a shovel and shovel itup, and put it on there car.

I had an issue with a guy across the street, his dogs would bark for HOURS, after about 4 calls to the police, then pressing charges, the dogs dont bark for hours anymore :bravo:
I understand that dogs bark, and thats ok, but for hours on end ???
What I did was kept a log, of when the dogs started barking, the times and days, and the times and days that I called the PD, the judge read it, the owner had nothing to say, next call the dogs will taken away from him.

I had a similar situation too..
one of my ex neighbors filed a complaint against my dog for barking.. even though my dog losted his voice in boarding school.. long story short, we had proofs from the vet, neighbors, and other sources that proofs it..
Besides, if a dog barks is because something is wrong.. a dog wouldn't bark unless something is wrong on the outside..
I do like the shovel idea however though, I don't have the throwing power like your buddy does..
the neighbor that owns the animals has problems.. she neglects the foster kids in the bloody winter.. one winter, she left a baby out in diapers in December. We gave the baby back peacefully but ended up getting lashed out by her..
I honestly had it with the popo on the lawn... her little dog nibbled on me and she said is 'okay'.. Should have called the PD on her.. on top of that, my neighbor clearly saw her car popping in his back yard..
the scooping up part does sound tempting though..
