Engine won't start, however upon looking at the fuel pressure by uncoupling the banjo bolt on the driver's side fuel rail, thus seeing if fuel would exit when starting, the truck STARTED!
Put fuel rail bolt back together, attempt to start, nothing. So experiment with a less messy method, my fuel cut off/kill switch. Sure enough, after a few cranks with fuel pump off, it will turn over and at least start... very rough and I didn't let it continue very long but engine turned!
200k miles.... fuel pressure regulator??? fuel pump? Seems like it may be getting TOO much pressure?
