Whats the deal with the front end?

You know, I have been having inside wear issues on both the Dunlaps in the front. The SUV ('05 Sport) currently has 16,000 miles on it. The truck has been in at 6,500 miles, and 12,000 miles for a wheel alignment and it is still wearing. I came across two 4Runners today in the same parking lot the same year as mine, and they too had the Dunlaps inside tire wear issue. Has anybody else had this issue? Is it a tire wear problem or a front end problem? The wife is off of work Monday, so I made another appointment at the dealer, the inside of the tires will be shot in another month or so!

When I rotated my BFGs for the 1st time after 10k I noticed a little inside wear on all four tires. I thought it might have something to do with going up in tire size or waiting too long to rotate. I still stuck with the manuals front to back pattern, though. Dunno. I'd like to hear from some others.

I have over 20,000 on my Dunlops and they look like new.
Mine is a '05 4wd V8.

However, my wife has an '04 RX330 AWD with just over 15,000 miles and her tires are due for replacement. She does mostly in town driving, many turns and stops. Mine is a lot of freeway driving. Maybe that is the difference. I also rotate the tires at 5000 mile intervals.
