whats the difference between borla s-type and touring exhaust?

I've looked all over and cant find any difference except for price and some say the touring is quieter? does anyone really know the difference?

The muffler looks the same so more than likely less packing or less holes made in the inner pipe.

Sport is a side exit. Touring has rear polished exit.

S-type and touring are both rear exit. No side exit.
