What's the Lowest mileage third gen on T4r

Here is possibly the cleanest 2001 4Runner out there. The price is a hefty 25k but that’s about what they go for on ByoT.

I'd be scared to buy anything with mileage that low. Repeatedly driving short distances puts a lot of stress on the engine. It could be completely sludged inside.

I don’t understand the appeal, you could probably buy a high mileage 4Runner and completely rebuild it for that price. Regardless of the miles the parts are 17 years old. But to each their own.

Last fall when I was looking, an '01 SR5 (4WD) with 35k miles popped up here in Phoenix on autotrader.com on a Sunday night.

I sent an email and the salesman replied Monday a.m. with an OTD price of ~$13k. By the time I got to the dealer around lunch time, it was gone.

It all worked since I found my T4R (but with more miles and less money) soon thereafter, but that was a smoking deal.
