Whats the most you would pay for this 3rd gen?

yep that all mine has let you know when in 4wd that it with it green 4wd icon.
Also prices here in Oklahoma prices are high for Toyota 4wds, high miles are not your going to pay for it.

That's a high price for 300K. I just put my 98 ltd. with 177K on Craigslist for $4500 . With many of the same repairs done. I have all kinds of emails to get caught up on.

It looks like its been in a front end collision because the flares have been removed and the fill pieces underneath the headlights are black and most likely are because of an accident. $3500 is way too much in my opinion. Just my two cents

I spent June through the end of Sept pricing Runners in central TX areas and was hard pressed to find any 3rd gen under $3500 regardless of mileage/condition, under 200k was $4500 and up. People know there is a demand for them and they didn't last long on craigslist.

Thanks everyone for the help. I just drove her home at a price of $2500. The seller was super nice, used to be a service adviser for Toyota. He did hit a deer recently, which is why the bumper is missing the pieces that match up with the flares and the pieces underneath the headlights are missing. He gave me the pieces, just need to be installed. It didnt really bother me much since Ill someday probably put a plate bumper on anyways. He said when the deer hit happened he also had to replace the radiator, AC condensor and grill. He also mentioned that the transmission was replaced around 270k with a used transmission that had around 100k on it, so that alleviates the worry of a 300k mile original transmission.

The truck drives great, no complaints. Cold A/C and everything else works as it should. LBJs are definitely going to be my first project as they havent been replaced since before 200k. It sounds like OEM is the way to go, I'm about to search around and find the best place to buy. Anyone have recommendations?

The truck is mainly going to be a daily driver and occasional camping/light wheeling within a 40 mile radius of home rig. My work commute is only around 14 miles round trip for work. I feel for $2500 the truck does fit my needs nicely. We also have a 5th Gen 4runner that is mama bears daily driver and our main vehicle for road trips, etc.

Future plans after LBJs will eventually be an OME lift and 285/75r16s. What are yall's thoughts on putting a lift and 33s on a truck with 316k miles? I'm thinking as long as the truck is running good and I keep maintaining everything there's no real harm. Part of me also thinks I might be better off keeping it stock and getting the most life out of it I can until something major breaks and I decide to get a different 4runner.

For OEM parts use Camelback Toyota as they have low prices and shipping is free on orders over $150 Just did my LBJ, and OTRE and got all.parts from them. Be sure and get new bolts for the LBJ less then $1.00 each. (8) If your ITRE need replaced would go with aftermarket on those as they are expensive for OEM but definitely OEM on LBJ and OTRE. Hope the rig works out well for you!

sounds like you got a good deal.... around here that's a throw away price. meaning drive it till it drops and throw it away
I would suggest leaving it near stock....
but that's not how I operate.... I don't leave things stock....yet im not as "non-stock" as others on this forum
any rig with that kind of miles will take constant love...but these 4runners are worth it.
mine has half the miles...I give it lots of love...not cause it needs it ...cause I want to
im looking forward to seeing mine hit 300k

Yes that is correct.
Be sure and get some Locktite Blue for those also. LBJ and TRE"s are pretty easy to do on these 3rd Gen trucks. Some good write ups on here as well.
