Hey what's up guys? New to the forum, just purchased a 2013 LTD 4runner w/ the JBL upgrade - absolutely love everything about the rig, probably my favorite vehicle ever (previously had Acura RSX, Audi A4, Honda Civic, Audi A3 3.2, VW Golf TDI).

Congrats on the new ride. I've had mine for about 11 months and still smile every time I get in it. Tough to keep an eye out for you since a lot of stock ones are running around town, get a few T4R.org stickers and definitely recognize you :becky:. I work down in SoDo.

Thanks G8RB8, I work in Tukwila and drive through Sodo once in a while (on Airport Way). Yeah, bone stock and will be for a while, the GF put the kibosh on immediately getting some smaller rims and meatier tires...oh well. I guess I should burn off the OEM's first anyway. Will do with the stickers. I think the first thing will be to get some side steps - just gotta decide which ones.

Nice! Yeah I'm running the stockers till they wear out, I mean for what I'm currently doing they serve their purpose just fine (about to hit 18k miles tomorrow in just under 11 months and wearing quite well). I'm right there holding off on the mods (wedding is this summer) but I did manage to get a few moderate things done. As far as steps go, I'm looking at the Metal Tech Sliders (do a search in the 5th gen section it'll pop up), there's a guy with them on an SR5 (also works on a Limited) that look sharp or the NFab steps and then the spacers you can order through RiDE, both will help avoid cutting up anything on the new truck. Both can be pricier than stock running boards but they're much more stout and can serve as some protection when off-roading (if you op to do that). That's all I have for now. Enjoy the new truck!
