Woah! Woah! Woah! You always gotta name your ride. hahah She just isn't the same without it. I've named every car I've ever owned. It's just something us "car guys" share in common. Some just will never understand guys...

Naming them makes them that much harder too sell.
 
i dont have a name either but sometimes i look at her it reminds me of my wife and my thoughts are "damn your ugly, you need a make over" but i still love her cause neither of them has given up on me. At least not yet. 273,000 miles and still going. hopefully much more cause i need to save up for a swap

With that being said since I've always wanted my own pirate ship and name it I did the next best thing and named my Toyota 4Runner:

The Bloody Howl
 
I haven't actually officially named mine but if I do, I like the name Lindsay. It all stemmed from a joke I made a long time ago.

I don't think I'd ever go so much as to use it if I ever did name my 4Runner. I think it would be kinda weird if I referred to my car as Lindsay... someone would either think I was super obsessed or think it's compensation for a girlfriend... haha.

Faux Runner, cuz it's only a 2 wheel drive wanna bee, grocery getter. Oh well, I still like it.

Don't mix your lindsay's up some stories may sound really weird if you do.

I always refer to my truck as Summer, all my friends do too haha
 
I named mine "Sandy" though I just call it "4Runner" with my friends. They would probably laugh at me if they new that it has a name. :spider:
 
I'm considering a change...I think I should call the 4Runner "City of New Orleans" cause I'll be gone 500 miles before the day is done...thanks Willie!
 
My Wife named my '87 "The Beast", and it stuck.

My 67 Impala SS Convertible is "The Chebby", named by my Dad.

Wife's '97 is "Squirrly Runner" ( She rescues baby squirrels )

Parts truck is "Rolled Red Runner"

None of the others have names yet...

how about just "willie"? way easier to say and then you can remember that song everytime you say it?
