I got a 2004 v8 4x4 sport @169,000 but my highway mpg is about 14 and in town only 11. I've been trying to find ways to increase that.

yup, I have a 30 mile each way commute with about 27 being interstate, I'm pretty light on the pedal getting on and cruise at 65mph. This is using 89 gas. It drops a bit if I go 75
