07 V8 4x4 SR5 300,000 miles no problems

I did the oxygen sensor spacer and the tpms bypass and have zero trouble lights every thing else works perfect.

Bought a 2003 v8 4x4 limited with 243k miles about two months ago

Engine and transmission runs strong. The previous owner just did a timing belt and cv update. Figured it’s a 1M mile engine so I’m the engine is just breaking in. People think I’m crazy for buying a high mileage car.

Just did a Ironman 4x4 lift and drives great! Waiting for my Demello bumper to be fabricated and looking for a headlight upgrades along with some 33z

2005 V8 Limited & 2006 V8 Sport

2005 V8 Limited 265k - Daily Driver. Purchased 4 years ago @ 198k. Motor and transmission are strong. Currently in the shop for ebrake replacement and front passenger wheel bearing. Frame has needed major and minor repairs. Did SAI bypass (P1440), now currently throwing P0441 & P0455 codes, thinking fuel tank filler neck? Since ownership I have replaced all calipers, rotors, 1 gas tank strap, alternator, charcoal canister and canister lines, cat back exhaust (rotted), suspension (xreas delete+lift) DT Long tubes and Y pipe on the way.

2006 V8 Sport 245K - Daily Driver. Purchased 8 years ago @ 135K Motor and Transmission are running strong. Last month replaced front passenger wheel bearing, both axels, both f calipers, and added O2 bungs due to P0420 & P0430 faults (bad cats), cat back exhaust (rotted). Frame is in great shape, also in PA. Last year we did alternator, timing belt, tb tensioner, thermostat, raditor, rad hoses. Never has thrown codes related to SAI pump.

Interesting how the one year difference produces two very different frame conditions.

What's strange is you have a 5th Gen T4R and this is the 4th Gen forum you're posting in, also the question is what's the age of your 4th Gen T4R and how many miles it has on it!

Just purchased new to me 2007 4runner SR5 with 181,000 miles on it. Just changed out the serpintine belt and getting the mechnicals updated like plugs, fuel filter, etc cause don't really know when and if they were changed. I do know that according to the Car Fax on it it had a trans change around 120,000 miles so that is good. V6 runs strong, no rattles, squeeks, drives like a new truck. Was a trade in at an Infiniti dealership here in town. Love it.

I picked up an 08 SR5 4WD with 195,000 miles on the ODO. Slapped some trail wheels and Falken Wildpeak’s soon after and lift upcoming next! Feels great to be back in a Runner.
