Whats your MPG?

Just want to get a feel for how many MPGs people who actually drive 4runners get.

City and highway

I have only had my T4r only long enough for one tank of gas through it and it got 20.6 mpg in mixed driving. I had a '96 Limited which got between 18 and 22 mpg. I also had a '04 SR5 with a V8 that got between 19 and 22 mpg.

But..

Stock 98 5-speed v6 I get 20-24 MPG. I've had high 17's on the highway with a stiff headwind. I also try to drive slow setting cruise at 108 KM (65mph) and don't accelerate fast in cities or race red lights.

Thats impressive for lift/tires, and weight added.

Edit. I see you have a supercharger... That helps!

Funny thing, not considering extra wear, the supercharger, in time would pay for itself in gas savings. I assume you have to run premium so that would take a big longer, but other trucks without chargers are probably sub 20 for sure.

Food for thought. Boost increases efficiency (but increases wear)

Yeah premium and auto. Lots of fuel mods too. I was still getting 19s before the supercharger and before the armor.

I think its the scangauge that helps the most for me.
