i have a 2003 Sport Edition 2WD and my problem was it pulls either left or right when driving 50 mph and higher. so this weekend, did a wheel alignment at Royal Moore in Beaverton, Oregon. it's a 2WD so how did they align the 4 wheels?

with vehicles that have a solid rear axle (4runner), there is no such thing as 4 wheel alignment. If they charged you extra for a '4 wheel alignment', get your money back.

most places call everything a 4 wheel alignment at my dealer you pay 80 bucks whether it a 4 wheel or just a front end..

4Runners have live axle rear suspensions. That means a 4-wheel alignment CANNOT be performed on a 4Runner because there are no alignment adjustments on the rear. The only thing that can be done is a thrust angle alignment. That means the front wheels are aligned according to the thrust angle of the rear wheels. This kind of alingment is usually less expensive than a 4-wheel alignment because of the fact that it's quicker and easier since you only actually align the front end, not the rear.

Remind me never to go to "your" dealer. LOL
