Wheel Arch Rust Help

Anyone experience this problem with their 4th gen? I have this rust only on the rear driver side wheel arch. Would this be repairable?

I was expecting to see this:

Honestly you can sand it/brush it down to metal and rattle can it, or have a bodyshop clean it and touch up the paint as best as they can. That's pretty mild rust bubbling under the paint from those pictures; pretty easy to fix this early on.

Haha thanks! I have a Shrockworks bumper on the way and I just lifted it so I want this thing to last me. I haven't seen many pictures of this yet so just wanted to nip it in the bud.
