I'm in the process of changing out my wheel bearings in my Airstream (I do that once a year) and started wondering how often we should change out the wheel bearings in our 4Runners. Thoughts?

I'd check the Maint section of your owners manual for suggested service intervals, towing would come under the section of extreme usage.
