Wheel fitment?

So I have a question about wheel spacing and what exactly will fit on my 4th gen. I currently have the V8 Limited trim with the 13WH calipers up front. From what I’ve read they can only accommodate 17” wheels at the most. Is this correct? I have seen a few people with the same trim running 15” wheels with spacers, but I’m not sure if all the limited received the larger 13WH calipers or not. Can anyone confirm this?

I haven’t yet purchased everything but I intend on going with an OME lift from Toytec, with the front top spacers and read 895E coils. From what I’ve read that seems to be the setup have everything completely level out with no front rake.

Ideally I would like to run these wheels….

PTR18-35090-BR

However, they are 16” wheels. Can anyone help me out with this from experience or knowledge of wheels? I wouldn’t care if I needed to run something like spidertrax spacers if needed. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

17 or larger ! Won't be able to get even a 16 much less 15 wh 13.3 wl12.6 wg12.6 casing on caliper ! Most 17s are 7" wide some 7.5"

If I remember correctly, the larger brakes (13.3'' rotors and 13WH calipers) are stock on the Sport and an option on the Limited. With the bigger brakes, I'm pretty sure the smallest wheel you can fit is a 17''.

For what it's worth, I just took off the stock 18's on my '07 Limited (13.3'' rotors & 13WH calipers) and replaced them with 17's from a 5th Gen and they fit perfectly, but there really isn't any room for a smaller rim.

With a 2.5'' spacer lift, 1.25'' wheels spacers and a 265/70/17 tire, I get some rubbing at near lock. It's a little annoying at worst and I'll probably fix it properly when the weather warms up around here.

Hey guys,

Wanted to follow up on this. So I'll be getting some 17" wheels to throw on but I am looking to get some accurate info on tire size. I want to go with BF Goodrich KO2 tires, so what are the largest 17" tire that can be put on with absolutely no rubbing?
