Wheel/tire combo???

Hi guys! Just wanted to pick your brains on a couple used wheel combo's...they will be going on my T4R once the 3" lift goes on.

17x8 with a -4mm offset, wanting to run 285/70R17's

or

17x8 with a +2mm offset, again wanting to run 285/70R17's

I am looking to have the wheels stick out as little as possible...just have the trim, no fender flares.
