I need to choose between a zero or +18 offset for a 20x9 wheel. I will be putting 275/55/20 tires on them.
Correct me if I am wrong but as I understand, the zero offset will make the wheels stick out past the fender while the +18 will make it more flush with the fender.
With the new wheels being 2" wider than the OEM and these size tires, I'm afraid that choosing the zero offset will make them stick out too much. I definitely want the more aggressive look, but not absurdly aggressive.
which offset would you choose and why? your help and expertise is much appreciated.
