Wheelers Off Road SS Brake Lines - Anyone use em?

I have a set from them for the rear, so far so good. no problems, braking feels the same.

I am doing some brake service work and figure i change out the lines that have 200k on em while im at it...

I'm not sure if they're better quality but they are good quality, haven't seen the Wheelers in person before.. I did it mainly cause I wanted blue to stick with my color scheme

most brands are the same made with Teflon inner line that carries the brake fluid, which is then covered with a layer of stainless steel woven braid than the stainless braided hose is coated with a clear abrasion resistant PVC cover for maximum protection against chaffing and strain relief devices reinforce end fittings... blah blah blah.... all the same just different brands and different prices, some may be made with "extra layer" but for us 4Runner we need 6 lines, yup 2 in front 2 in rear and 2 over rear axle, to feel a difference..
i have all 6 lines and i do feel the pedal is stiffer and that's pretty much it, less foot to pedal travel= firmer breaking

Save some money and get the stoptech SS lines from rock auto:
CENTRIC 95044007 - front lines EDIT: $32 for the pair (still way cheaper than $59 a pair)
CENTRIC 95044507 - rear lines - $46 for the pair

I have those lines front and back. They've been holding up fine for over a year now. Still haven't found the third pair that goes over the axle sold alone and not as a part of the kit.

Thanks for the link, I have the centric front and rear but not the other 2 lines yet. My shocks are longer than stock and making me worried about stretching those lines on the axle too far.

im not really interested in doing this, as I feel the braking is perfectly fine with the rubber lines, however that is an excellent price.

Goodridge is top shelf stuff.

A lot of us on here do it because when we lift our trucks it stretches the stock brake line out.. that's the only reason I ordered my kit cause I went through 2 hoses in 2 wheeling trips.

I decided to go this route instead of the Wheelers lines...

Do you remember is this is a drop in fit?
Do I need to buy anything else?
No issues using all the existing brackets / mounts / line holders?

I've not used this specific kit but have used other goodridge products, they're good. Direct fit, nothing else needed, application specific. You can buy with confidence there.
