Google NE4ROC and join the club. We are a group of Toyota owners from New England who get together to wrench on trucks, wheel them and just hang out and talk about Toyotas or the sport. To answer your question it seems like there is very little legal wheeling down your way, but plenty to do in the central and western parts of the state. Most of the guys prefer rocks to mud and they have some fairly capable rigs, but we do plan plenty of stocker friendly runs, in fact I believe there is a run in Central MA on the 28th, join and tag along on that run, it is a stocker friendly run w/ a few challenges for the more built rigs.
hi brian, my name is brian as well, and i am VP of NE4ROC. lee on the board is the president. come on over (ne4roc.org) and sign up. as pat said, we are a bunch of the local guys with a few long distant members that get together on a very regular basis. we have a stock run scheduled for thursday the 28th in central mass. it will be a good 4-6 hour run with about 15 trucks as of now. if you would like to join, let me or lee know and you can follow us out. i am in milford/somerville (half my time at each) and lee is in boston.
