EDIT:
Got everything mounted up last night. Very happy with the outcome and loving the tires. Need to do some trimming but other than that everything looks great. I told the guys when mounting the tires to air them up to 40 PSI. Would you guys say that is a good tire pressure or should I come down.

Been steadily getting everything in everyday this week. Just got back from getting the tires mounted on the wheels. Waiting for the UPS guy to drop the spacers off here shortly. Until then heres a couple teasers.

Just curious, are the jacks on the axels in that picture? It looks like the rear is at least. Didnt know you could do that.

Pretty sure you can use the jacks on the axles. The thing that bothers me is are you holding up the entire truck with jack stands and the factory jack? That seems like a pretty horrible idea IMO.

Can't wait to see th new pics!

nice choice on tires/rims. those gunna look pretty sick. what brand wheel spacers did you go with?

also if you need 2 more jacks..i got two more if you need . just 10 bucks if you want.

TFJ,

I could've brought you a floor jack--and I woulda let you borrow my jackstands! You don't even have to buy 'em from me!! lol. Seriously, be careful putting those things on...and don't lean against the Runner while you're mounting them up. That could turn ugly real fast.

Wheels/tires look good though! I'm sure they'll look better mounted on your truck though. :thumb3:

The Factory jack is on the rear and I know its super sketchy but sometimes you just have to do with what you got. The fronts are not on the axles though. I have a floor jack for when ill be working on it. I just left that one there for while its been sittiing for the last two days. Sold my old wheels and tires the other day so it had to sit on stands. Super sketchy about it myself. I guess I'll be making a request next time I need stands. Thanks everyone for the offers. I really need to get a high lift or soemthing as my floor jack will barely get it off the ground with my old tires.

I went with all pro for my spacers bak3rme.

At least take your new tires and throw them up under your frame on your rig man. I would hate to see a stiff wind tip your truck on its brakes/axles.

Congrats on the new wheels and tires man, but that setup with the jack in back and two stands up front is deserving of a "Darwin Award".... :wow2:

Please, get some more support under that truck before you hurt yourself.

Holy crap dude, yeah, not to beat a dead horse, but it looks like a gust of wind could knock that over. The jack under the rear is so sketch, not just from a safety standpoint, but from a stability in any kind of wind, or bumping.

Put those wheels on just hand tight now and take them back off when the spacers get there! And be careful when you do. I could see you knocking it over while putting the wheels on.

Floor jack is under it now again. I know it was sketchy, imagine how I felt with it being mine.

Yeah, but you have control over it. We get to sit here and wait for a reply like this:

Well, I'm a dumba$$. I had my vehicle on jackstands and the stock bottle jack with all 4 wheels off. Well, I went to bed, and about 4AM, I was awoken by a crash and went out to find that either the wind or some idiot kid tipped it over. It is lying on it's side in my front yard:wow2:. Insurance is probably going to total it:crybaby:.

Now I'm selling my brand new fancy tires, wheel spacers, and parting out my 4runner. Make me offers.

Don't get me wrong, I would buy a number of parts from you, and it would work out great for me, but it'd suck for you.

Haha truth. Nothing like a good roast. *Wanted two jack stands*
:bash:

That does look badass, how does it drive with those big meats on there? Do they feel heavy?

Thanks for the compilments. The color paint is factory Anthracite Metallic with gun metal limited trim. It feels great if anything more stable now. I believe the 4runner with lockers have a 4:30 gear so that helps. Someone correct me if im wrong.

Looks awesome! Congrats on safely getting your Runner off that toothpick factory jack too. (As if you haven't been roasted enough about it already). Amazing how much a wheel/tire combo can change the whole look! And the anthracite is a great color, too.

Very nice, indeed. :thumb3:
