When does my factory warranty expire???

My 2005 currently has 31,500 miles. I have a carfax that lists 4/15/05 as the date for the 1st odometer reading when registered with 15 miles. This should mean it will expire in April 2008 or 36,000 miles which ever comes 1st correct?

Yep, my understanding is that it is 3 years from the cars first inservice date.
