When/How to Buy?

Hello All,

I am looking to get myself into a 5th Gen T4R trail. Had a few Q's for you experts:

Will there be a better time to buy then now? Should I hold hout until the fall?

Is there any chance that toyota will wise up and make the SR5 look more like the trail for 2012?

What is a good price ( out the door) for a trail right now?

Is it worth it to buy new?
any other tips, anecdotes, advice would be appreciated.

I dont see prices dropping anytime in the near future so if you want it now, buy now. It's always better to buy used unless you can get a sweet deal on a new one (well below sticker). Example, sticker on my LTD was $42,500.....I paid $38,000+ some change out the door. You typically lose about $2k as soon as you drive it off the lot.

They are less likely to haggle on a trail edition because there's so few of them out there...If you can find one, in the color you want.
