When to use a locker?

Thanks a lot, it made sense when I read it, but was't sure exactly why. Sounds like it isn't a bad idea though, better safe than sorry!

Two things I would like to know is how did he even end up stuck there?

One of his front and one of his rear wheels were off the ground so the power was going to the those wheels and they were spinning freely. Once he locked the rear diff, it sent power to the wheel that was on the ground and the truck drove forward.

Use the locker when you are stuck...

I like to use mine to keep me from getting stuck. :
