i'm looking to buy a front end clear bra that will protect the hood, bumper, and headlights...

They do have several DIY kits out there (do a search)... http://www.xpel.com/ is one... but if you'd rather not take the plunge, most window tint shops are also capable clear bra installers as well. Call your local shop for a quote... I was fortunate -- my 4runner was a showroom car, and the dealer had just had a clear bra installed for demo purposes and didn't end up charging me for it.

My only question is...
WHY?
Bras do more tdamage to the paint than the rocks and elements IMO.

This stuff is great... I had a the full front Xpel on my WRX, and nothing got through it in 3 years of Colorado winters... That includes the 1/2" gravel they use for sand out there in the winter...
I'm in DC now, and I just got a quote for Xpel, full front, lights & everything, installed for $995...
That's too much for my blood right now, but maybe I'll piece it in over 3 months to split it up to chewable bites...
UPDATE: I had my front windows tinted at LA Tint in Woodbridge yesterday, and they have a new product, a full front kit from LLumar, installed for $775... That's looking pretty reasonable...

maybe i shouldve gotten it... looks like a car lightly tapped the bumper right above the foglight and chipped a little paint. :50cal: anyone know where i can get toyota touchup paint cheap? forget the bra now... im going to get some front/rear bull grills so people will think twice parking/hitting my truck.
