where is everybody finding 7 wrap LC coils??

I cant for the life of me find a set of 7 wrap coils?? Ive located quite a few sets of coils in general on car-part.com but trying to get somebody to get the paint codes is a nightmare. Found some 19.5" long 8.75 wraps on one of the other boards but think thats more lift than i want. Someone else listed Roki top Auto , finally got them to call me back and all they do is check car-part.com for you, id rather not waste their time for something i can do myself. Id go to the junkyard myself and check but none are under 70-80 miles away. Anybody got suggestions??:snacker:

ih8mud.com and yotatech.com but its sometimes hard to find them right away... just gotta be patient and keep up with the various forums.

I got mine from yotatech from a guy named ak/mtbowser. He is hard to get ahold of though. I luckily got mine in time before he left on a trip again. Other than that, just search around. You could call these people about the coils. Not sure what size wraps are in a 96 though.

just keep checkin all the forums, you are bound to find some. If i were you I would just pick up those 8 wraps.

this reminds me of the time i went to the junkyard and saw they just recieved a LC that had either 7 8 or 9 wrap. i had the chance to grab both coils from the front and rear..but i just didnt think too much of it.and i didnt have the tools..went back like a week later once i realized how much of value they were and the car was like completly stripped...i mean this thing was left bare metal...within a week..

i saw him but he kind of seemed shady . he claims to have some 7 wraps however. thanks guys, ill keep checking

PM Duhockey.....he's an awesome guy, and was a great help to me! So was SCRunner for that matter! Although I ended up finding a guy here locally who GAVE them to me, along with some Tockico Trekmasters.....mine were 8 wraps though.....:guitar3:

go to ih8mud and start a wanted to buy thread for some stock 80 series landcruiser coils. Ask them to list their paint codes if they have some for sale. Then all you have to do is compart them to the known paints codes in this forums sticky until you find your 7 wraps.

One other thing. I would post that thread under the "for sale" section and the "wanted to buy" section so that more people will see your threads.

thanks man. ive been trying that and so far found the 8.75 wraps but still dont want to go that big, dont care for the raked look either. im sure something will come up:hatsoff:
