Where is the heater module located?

I posted before that in real cold weather my fan in the cabin heater doesnt engage. I have to take the heater 2 fuse out and put it in and it starts to work. Well - today after doing the fuse out and in, the fan is stuck in high speed no matter what setting i put it on. Even in low, it will be blasting full speed. Any idea what is happening? I am thinking the computer that controls fan speed is going nuts - but I dont know where its located. Anyone know?

There are ribbon connectors on the circuit board behind the display module which connect to each of the three heating/air conditioning controls. You may have one that is loose or not all the way into the connectors. Also the "ribbons" can get dirty where they connect to the circuit board. I released mine and cleaned the ends with denatured alcohol and a "Q" tip. Hope this helps.

OK Thanks! So the actual computer that senses temperature and controls the fan is located in the panel that the 3 controls are attached to?
