Where to buy 99' SR5 Sprt "Highland" trim package or Mud flap?

So my 97' 4runner came with the 99' SR5 Sport "highland" fender flares and mud flaps. Someone before me, must have put them on.
So does anyone know where I could find the trim or even just the mud flap?

Here you go

The last two letters let you know which it is. DF is driver front; PF is passenger front.

The photo is generic, of course. These are the EXACT ones I ordered and have on my highlander edition.
