Where to buy Salsa Red

Does anyone know where I can purchase a 2005 4runner sport edition v8 2wd?
I live in the SE region and learned that it is impossible to buy in this are due to the fact one person owns the franchise from NC to Florida.
I am willing to go to another State outside of this are area. Also, if there are any dealers reviewing my thread, I would not mind ordering from toyota and waiting.

You might try CarsDirect (www.carsdirect.com). The web page gives you the price, and they'll do the vehicle search for you. I've used them before and it's a good service. Alternatively you can email as many dealers as possible. Good luck!

Not sure about 2WD but Denver area has Sports with side & curtains and V8 in Salsa Red.

On the Toyota web site, it requires your ZIP code before it allows you to configure. ..that's so it uses the right distributor. Try using another ZIP code and see what the inventory says.

If you find one in the area covered by Gulf States, let me know -- perhaps using a smaller dealership like I did will help you get a better price.

I've been through the process and that is when I learned that the SE region has only one owner from NC to Florida. No dealership has the configuration I would like to have and unwilling to order from toyota.
Somebody suggested CarsDirect and I've completed the form. I'll let the broker go to work for me and let them earn their money.

OK. But nothing says you have to use your ZIP code when configuring. When I was looking, I used several ZIP codes to trick the system into letting me see the inventory of other distributors.
