Where to buy sheetmetal

I had an accident in my 4Runner yesterday. Super bummed about it, but I need to see what I can do to get it back on the road.

I am trying to find the collision parts, but not sure where to get them. Is it better to find used OEM parts, or new aftermarket ones? I can find some cheap stuff on Rock Auto, but I am worried the parts are poor quality. I live near Dallas, so I am probably getting a lot of parts from the 4Runner House

Sorry to hear about the accident. Maybe try the local junkyards or Craigslist for some 4Runners or pickups? OEM is usually higher quality, but not always straight. Definitely a trade off.

Sorry about that.
I got aftermarket fenders, they don't fit correctly, get OEM used ones.

The front fender's available, the front bumper also, the front bumper end caps too, the grill, you can upgrade the front lights with better ones.
I don't know about the valance.

Find the rear parts, tailgate, tailgate glass, rear bumper and rear bumper end caps's more complicated/expensive.

Thanks for the input. Been searching salvage yards this morning. One person told me they had a 4Runner, but there were not any when I got there.

I'll probably have to get one from the 4Runner house once he can find one.

I just put my front end back together from an identical, but less severe, hit. Rock auto parts across the board were easy to make fit, EXCEPT fenders, go with OEM on those. I could not find bumper brackets anywhere new, went salvage. The rock auto grill and light surrounds much better than I expected, sheet metal was thin but workable. I had my body/frame pickup point pulled back to position before I started and was able to pull the core support back too. Not sure you'll be that lucky, that's looks bent up pretty bad

Body mount is tweaked a little bit. I work for a dealership. Once I get it driveable, I will take it there for them to take a look at.

youve probably already called us since you already know we exist, but we have a couple pickups and maybe a first gen lined up to buy soon for parts. if you need parts sooner i might have some in my personal stash i could sell depending on what you need.
