Where to buy speaker cover?

Hi,

Does anyone know where I can purchase the speaker cover on the door panel? I called my local Toyota dealer, the sales person told me Toyota does not offer just the speaker cover, I have to purchase the entire panel on the door, which costs over $300...

I took the door panel apart today... It seems like the speaker grille is part of the door panel and cannot be taken apart.

Anyone knows a good place to buy OEM part?
