Where to find billstein threaded body shocks only

I checked all of the usual suspects but can only find the c clip version. Toytech has the threaded body as a kit but doesn't list the shocks on their own.

My plan is to get these and run them with my stock tall 99 coils and a top plate spacers to get as close to level with the 8 wraps in the rear.

You guys think that'll get me close to level?

Not sure who would be able to get you jsut the shock body. First suggestion would be call Toytec and see if they would sell to you without springs. Second is i am not sure of the compatibility of the spring, or how much you would actually save by not getting the springs with it.
IMHO it will be hard to get level until you have a heavy aftermarket rear bumper, sliders and wheel it for a while. Mine is sitting close to level now with the above mentioned equipment and 35k miles with tons of wheeling and my fronts are cranked at 3-3.25 lift. I go through front boots pretty regularly because of it.

You actually can't run stock coils with our adjusting sleeves or the threaded body Bilstein's. You need to have a coil that is flattened on both sides

the stock springs are flattened only on the top. the bottom is still the round wire.

I think your best option is to either switch your 882's for the 883 coils and keep the OME shocks. or buy these for the bilsteins

Cool so can i buy the threaded shocks and those springs? Or do i have so buy the kit? Want to send me a pm and let me know what the price difference is between the c clip and threaded if any it looks like i can make this happen for around$ 350 or so if im looking at things correctly.

This kit:

is pretty much our coilovers without the shocks. it goes for $399. i'm guessing you have the D558 Bilsteins?

if you want just the springs and use your bilsteins with the c clip adjustement, those springs i linked to earlier would be your best bet. those are $149 for the pair.
