where to find decent $ rebuild v6 3vze

Any body now where to find a decent v-6 3vze engine taht will fit an 89 runner?

I have 2 used heads off my 1989 3VZE, if that will help, email me.

What I did was buy 2 heads from the junk yard - had them reworked - then swapped them out to minimize my down time. Still took about 30 hours. But the machine shop took a couple 3 weeks.
